Why I Use Continuous Tapping

In my practice, I use continuous tapping methods such as Intention Tapping (developed by Steve Wells) and Faster EFT / Eutaptics (developed by Robert Gene Smith) because they offer a direct, efficient, and deeply effective way to access and work with the subconscious mind.

Unlike traditional EFT, which often involves pausing to repeat set-up phrases or go through lengthy rounds, continuous tapping keeps the body and mind in a steady flow state. This rhythm:

  • Keeps the nervous system calm while accessing difficult memories or emotional blocks

  • Bypasses conscious resistance, allowing quicker access to subconscious material

  • Creates momentum, helping clients stay present and connected to their inner experience

  • Integrates emotional shifts in real-time, without breaking the trance-like state that allows change to occur

This flow-based approach is ideal when working with subconscious beliefs, early memories, and long-standing emotional programs—the root causes behind chronic symptoms and stress responses.

Intention Tapping: Tapping with the Power of Clear Instruction

Intention Tapping combines gentle tapping with simple, clear statements of intent such as:

  • “I release all my emotional attachments to this memory.”

  • “I restore the right energy flow to my body.”

  • “I release all the resistance to change.”

These intention statements act as direct instructions to the subconscious mind, which is always listening for what to do. Instead of arguing with yourself or reliving trauma, this method lets your inner system know it’s safe to shift.

Intention Tapping is gentle but profound—it gives permission to let go, without needing to rehash every detail.

Faster EFT / Eutaptics: Reimprinting the Subconscious File Cabinet

Faster EFT views the subconscious as a brilliant filing system—it stores memories, emotions, and meanings that once served a purpose. But when those files (beliefs, fears, triggers) no longer serve you, they can be updated.

By continuously tapping while tuning into the problem, and then guiding the mind to a new perspective or memory, Faster EFT allows the brain to recode the emotional attachment to old events—literally rewiring the subconscious.

This process is:

  • Efficient – often clients feel a shift in minutes

  • Empowering – you don’t need to analyze endlessly or re-live trauma

  • Flexible – it works on anything with a stress or emotional component

Why This Matters for Healing

According to both modern neuroscience and the Five Biological Laws (GNM), symptoms are often the result of perceived emotional shocks and conflicts held in the subconscious. Traditional talk therapy can’t always reach these deep programs—but tapping can.

Continuous tapping methods are my tools of choice because they:

  • Speak the language of the subconscious—emotion, rhythm, and metaphor

  • Help regulate the body while shifting old programs

  • Work quickly, safely, and deeply

  • Are empowering and teachable—you learn to work with your own mind-body system

Whether we’re working to resolve chronic symptoms, stuck emotional patterns, or persistent triggers, continuous tapping creates a clear channel for subconscious transformation.

If you’re ready to work directly with your inner mind—where the real change happens—I’d love to guide you through it.
